Mindfulness is the act of bringing more attention to the present moment. A practice that can be incorporated into any and every action.

Humans think - it’s natural - but replaying the past or worrying about the future can get us in a dizzy. When we slow down and tune into the present, we’re better equipped to respond rather than react - allowing us to create our best life.

In a guided mindfulness session, we’ll reflect on unhelpful and helpful mindsets to shift perspective and tune into the present. We’ll mindfully move and consciously breathe to get blood and oxygen flowing. Then we’ll share a moment in meditation to re-align and support your continued practice..
